Kimberly Errigo, MA, MCC,
Executive Director

Kimberly Errigo, MA, MCC is an award-winning executive leadership coach and trusted adviser to entrepreneurs and C-level executives at top companies around the world. She is a subject matter expert in learning and development, coaching, psychology, applied neuroscience, integrative wellness, and conscious leadership. Kimberly has been a coach for more than 20 years.

Kimberly’s qualifications include the elite Master Certified Coach credential, a Master’s degree in psychology, and two teaching credentials in science. She is also an integrative healer trained in mind body medicine techniques, including yoga and meditation.

Karmen Reed is a Money Mindset and Success Habits Coach and Mentor. She helps her clients create a better relationship with money so they can find more clarity, confidence, energy and courage to take their life and their career/business to the next level of success and joy.

She works with women lead by their entrepreneurial spirit into adventure of creating positive changes and an amazing life. She is constantly learning and creating programs that are designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery and transformation in every area of your life.

Karmen is a Certified Sacred Money Archetypes® Coach, Money Breakthrough Method® Certified Coach, Certified High Performance Coach® and Money, Marketing and Soul Certified Coach®.

Meg Dennison

Meg Dennison works with inspired leaders and teams to help them create fulfilling lives and  connected workplaces through the tools of conscious leadership. Clients grow their self-awareness, interrupt unconscious patterns and create practices for personal transformation. 
Known as grounded and direct, Meg’s an empathetic listener who challenges her clients with humor and compassion. She also designs and delivers engaging virtual workshops that energize participants. 

Meg’s an expert in the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, a certified Enneagram practitioner and a Hendricks’ Big Leap Coach. 

Debbie Hoffman
Director of Sales Strategy

Debbie Hoffman is a heart-centered sales & follow-up expert, speaker and founder of “Power-Up! Your Follow-Up.” She works with relationship driven entrepreneurs, coaches, and network marketers who are letting potential clients and income slip through the cracks because they don’t have a reliable sales & follow-up system in place. Her proven step-by-step formula supports them to have more ideal clients saying “yes” to working with them.

After 20 years of working on Wall Street as a Managing Director, with over $25-billion in sales, Debbie took her organizational skills (and an extraordinary ability to connect with people) and created multiple six-figure businesses. Her mission is to support entrepreneurs to share their gifts and get their message out in a big way so they can create the impact they’re here to make.

David Ament is an International Businessman and a Global Citizen, who made his 1st million dollars in his twenties. Whilst, garnering multiple licenses with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, he built an in depth foundation and breadth of knowledge in finance and the markets, early in his career. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit to the core, he went on to participate in starting & building the family business, from startup to an eight figure exit. Since then, he has gone on to start, acquire and exit a multitude of companies, spread across multiple sectors, internationally. As the founder of the Peak Performance Group of Companies, David is sought after as a commanding and powerful International Speaker around the globe. 

As a passionate philanthropist, Ament is about putting his business acumen, which has been honed over the years, to work for social & entrepreneurial causes that are profit and/or purpose driven. As a self-proclaimed “Human Enthusiast”, he gets to help these causes make a huge social impact on Earth!

Anne Auburn has been a certified professional coach for over twenty years and has worked in the for-profit and non-profit sectors with clients of all ages.  Her clients are business leaders, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, senior managers, executive director, sales executives and individuals in transition. They include GE, UNICEF, UNOPS, UNDP, UNFPA, Starbucks, and Microsoft as well as community run non-profits.

Using her entrepreneurial spirit for creating success where there is no map, Anne guides clients who are facing challenges in business, careers, and their personal lives. These challenges may be radically brought about by company mergers or reorganizations, dramatic financial shifts, the need to formulate an exit strategy, creations of a new position or navigation of personal life challenges.
